You are Invited to join our
"LIVING WITH LOSS BEREAVEMENT WALKING PROGRAM"

All are welcome to come and walk, talk, share ideas and support each other in a safe environment while benefiting from fresh air and exercise. The group will gather and walk for about one hour and then wrap up with a support meeting. Trained hospice volunteers lead the group.

We will stroll together, rain or shine every SATURDAY

Meeting place is the Castlegar Health Centre Education Room located in the basement, 709 10th Street.
Gathering Time: 10 a.m.
There is no charge to participate

This popular course comes highly recommended and is a pre-requisite for anyone who is interested in becoming a hospice volunteer. It is also helpful for those who wish to develop the skills needed to support a loved one diagnosed with a life threatening illness or who are currently working in the health profession.
